The headdress has been a symbol of honor in Native American culture and every feather was earned by a man in the tribe. Each feather represented an accomplishment or achievement done by the individual. After being given the feather the tribesman meditates on the achievement for days on end.

The owl represents wisdom.

The skull is our mortality. We are all connected through mortality and is nothing to be afraid of hence the necklace of skulls being worn to show respect and the circular shape to show cycle.
